Written by the Seasons-The Quad, Dallas, TX is the second concept for Hailey Nutt and Brenton Phillips. For this new location at The Quad in Dallas, TX, they partnered with Jones Baker Design to bring their vision to life. I was brought onto the project after winning the competitive bid process.

This location carried extremely high visibility with both the property owner and the City of Dallas, as it is part of a new, high-profile development. Stream Realty, the landlord, maintained a strict set of contractor rules and regulations, standards that Ren Pro was well-prepared to meet.

Hailey, Brenton, and Jones Baker delivered an exciting design and concept that pushed Ren Pro to a new level. The finish-out and millwork package create a dark, swanky, intimate atmosphere that becomes even more impressive when paired with the exceptional food and drinks.
