Rodeo Goat-Arlington, TX was our fourth project for Shannon Wynne, owner of 8.0 Management. Jones Baker was handed the “palette” of a vacant auto garage, and with extensive remodeling, we transformed what had been an eyesore in the neighborhood into a vibrant Rodeo Goat location complete with an outdoor patio.
This building required substantial construction work, including bringing in all new utilities and constructing a new parking lot with multiple points of entry. Shannon is a strong believer in revitalizing neighborhoods and reusing existing structures rather than tearing them down, and Ren Pro was proud to support that vision. The result is a successful, energetic venue that reactivated the site and elevated the surrounding area.
