Caché-Dallas, TX was a captivating project affectionately known as “the little space that could.” At just 600 sq. ft., the footprint presented unique design and construction challenges, but also an opportunity to deliver a highly curated, intimate environment. Guided once again by the Jones Baker design team, we transformed the space into a swanky New Orleans–inspired venue. Dark tile, rich paint tones, and patterned wallpaper create an atmosphere that is moody, elegant, and immersive.

The build required special planning due to its position directly above the operating S&D Oyster House. Power shutdowns, material deliveries, and noise levels had to be tightly managed to avoid disruption. Ren Pro coordinated each phase with precision and sensitivity, ensuring a seamless construction process.

Key design highlights include the custom zinc bar top, wine storage cabinet, oversized chandelier, decorative tile, statement mirrors, and dramatic drapery. Together, these elements give the compact interior a bold personality, inviting, intimate, and undeniably sexy.
