Malai Kitchen

Malai Kitchen-Dallas, TX was our second remodel for Chef Braden and Yasmin Wages, following our work on their Southlake location. In Southlake, Ren Pro first expanded the brewery and dining room, and later completed a full renovation of the dining area, bar, and restrooms.

For the Dallas remodel, the design direction called for an elevated, boutique aesthetic. The space incorporates CNC-cut metal panels, rich wood beams, a custom bar with warm tones, extensive specialty lighting, mirrors, and carefully selected tile finishes. The craftsmanship required precise alignment and mounting of panels and beams, forcing our team to integrate new architectural elements into the existing structure with accuracy and intent. This project also featured a custom glass wine room.

This project demonstrated Ren Pro’s ability to deliver refined detail work without compromising durability or functionality. The finished restaurant is a standout in the retail center and continues to serve as a mainstay for the Malai Kitchen brand.
