Brya Zan-Dallas, TX marked our third remodel for Chef Braden and Yasmin Wages. The project involved transforming a former Chick-fil-A restaurant into a vibrant, modern Asian dining concept. Guided by the design team at Jones Baker, we executed a full exterior and interior conversion, elevating the space far beyond its original template and creating the first-generation Brya Zan location.

First-concept builds often come with numerous design changes, yet this project was remarkably streamlined. The collaborative input from Jones Baker and Chef Braden allowed for a clear direction throughout the process. Chef Braden’s deep understanding of his kitchen operations, equipment, and spatial needs played a critical role in shaping the back-of-house layout. Having a client with such hands-on knowledge is invaluable when tackling a restaurant conversion of this scale.

The end result: a bold, colorful, purpose-built concept that reimagines a previously utilitarian space into an elevated culinary destination.
