Company founder

Eddy Burchell

After serving in the Marine Corps and completing college, Eddy moved to Dallas to build his career in construction. He began in residential construction, then advanced into commercial finish-out general contracting, and later worked with several respected restaurant groups. Along the way, he strengthened his processes, time management, customer relationships, and subcontractor coordination.

In July 2018, he founded Ren Pro General Contracting to offer clients a trustworthy contractor committed to quality. What began as a two-person operation has grown into a 25-member team capable of handling extensive non-trade work.

Senior Partner/Estimator

Rob Vadala

Rob has been with RenPro since its inception. Together, we have worked extensively with numerous restaurant groups and have developed a deep understanding of their operational, facility, and construction needs. We have implemented these practices in our other Commercial and Medical jobs. He is exceptional at interpreting client needs, guiding them through the details of their project, and ensuring they fully understand the process. His ability to listen carefully and translate those needs into the best possible outcome sets him apart.

Rob is, without question, one of the best estimators in the metroplex. His unique skill in spatial construction, visualizing how a project comes together and applying that understanding during the estimating process—adds tremendous value. His expertise elevates the entire Ren Pro team to the highest level.

Project Manager

Tom Vadala

Tom has been part of the Dallas construction industry since the late 1980s. He began his career as a Program Manager in the telecommunications sector with Nortel, and over the years advanced through several reputable companies, steadily expanding his knowledge and experience. Tom also owned and operated his own business before moving into Construction Project Management with MAFFCO, a respected general contractor responsible for many notable employee assets throughout the Dallas area.

Tom later gained invaluable experience working for one of the nation’s largest restaurant groups, Brinker International, where he handled facility maintenance across their portfolio of locations. That exposure allowed him to see virtually every challenge a restaurant operation can present, giving him a unique understanding of long-term operation, durability, and function, skills that set him apart from many Superintendents.

Tom joined Ren Pro in 2020  and has delivered several standout builds, including Rodeo Goat-Denton, Malai Kitchen-Preston, United Dermatology-Southlake, and Doce Mesas. His most recent assignment, Northwood Club, is Ren Pro’s largest project to date, and we are on track to deliver it on schedule and on budget in March 2026.
