Doce Mesas

Doce Mesas-Maple Ave, Dallas, TX was our second remodel for the Doce Mesas team, and it involved a complete finish-out of a newly constructed shell building. Unlike the larger Walnut Hill location, the Maple Ave space required precise coordination and strategic planning to fully maximize the smaller footprint. Every detail, from kitchen flow to dining layout, had to be thoughtfully evaluated to maintain the brand’s signature experience without compromising functionality.

Working in collaboration with the Zero 3 Design firm, Ren Pro delivered a clean, crisp Nuevo Tex-Mex aesthetic that feels both modern and inviting. The design elements, color palette, and finish selections all support the vibrant personality of the Doce Mesas brand while elevating the guest experience.

One of the standout features of this build is the covered patio equipped with a retractable roof, allowing the space to transition effortlessly between open-air dining and a protected environment. This feature creates a refreshing atmosphere that perfectly complements Dallas patio evenings.

This project highlights Ren Pro’s ability to execute detailed craftsmanship, meet tight schedules, and deliver sophisticated finishes—all while embracing the energetic Uptown Dallas vibe that defines Doce Mesas Maple.
